The Company prohibits and has adopted zero tolerance policy against any and all forms of bribery and corruption. In addition, the Company shall continue to uphold its commitments to the highest standards of integrity and fairness in all its business dealings with all its stakeholders.

All Company’s employees and business associates shall conduct themselves in a manner that not only complies with the laws and regulations, but also uphold an ethical manner that meets stakeholder’s expectation.

This Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Code of Practice (ABAC Code) sets the foundation of the Company’s core principles and standards on the prevention of bribery and corruption, elaboration on the principles and provide guidance on best practices.

However, any Malaysian laws or regulations or any other country laws and regulations where the Company has business dealings that impose stricter requirements will supersede the requirements stated in this ABAC Code.
